To prepare the sauce:

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Mustard - a tablespoon

Salt - to taste

Black pepper - a quarter teaspoon

How to prepar:

1- To prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix well olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt and black pepper.

2- In another bowl, put the shrimp, cherry tomatoes, avocado and chopped parsley, then pour the sauce and stir well until the ingredients are homogeneous.

3 - In the serving dish, lettuce in the bottom and then pour the salad over it and serve directly.

Caesar salad with chicken:

Caesar salad is one of the most popular dishes in Mexican cuisine and is named after the person who attended it. Prepare them in a way that suits dieters, or serve alongside main dishes on the tables.


Four thick slices of crispy white bread.

Three tablespoons of olive oil.

Two pieces of skinless chicken breasts and bone.

A large grain of lettuce separated.


Two canned anchovies.

Place the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic and anchovies in a medium-sized dish, then flavour them with black pepper and salt, and mix well. Spread the mixture over the chopped vegetables, then stir the ingredients together to ensure they are mixed. Spread the crouton on top of the dish, then add the roasted chicken and the grated cheese.
