3-it also contains antibodies that help babies fight viruses and bacterias.

4-Breast milk provides the ideal nutrition for infants.

5- It also lowers the risk of diabetes, obesity, and certain cancers as well.

6- It decreas the risk of having asthma or allergies for children.

7- Greatly, babies who are breastfed for the first 6 months, have fewer ear infections, respiratory illnesses, and bouts of diarrhoea. They also have less to be sick.

Studies have been proven that, during the breastfeeding, the physical closeness, skin-to-skin touching, and eye contact between the mother and her baby help newborn to feel secure.
